Refunds & Returns Policy

Here at Deny Lash Supplies we aim to provide the highest quality products to each and every customer.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any product(s) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item(s) has been received.

If any item(s) received are incorrect please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace them for you free of charge.

Prior to dispatch we will do all we can to ensure that no products shipped are faulty or damaged. If in the case that you do receive and faulty or damaged items then please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist and replace any item(s).

Shipping Policy

Please ensure shipping details are checked thoroughly before an order is placed. Deny Lash Supplies is not liable for any orders that may have incorrect shipping details. If for any reason incorrect shipping details are input on the order, the order will only be resent once the original order has been returned to the warehouse.

Any orders for next day delivery must be placed before 11am Monday - Thursday.

Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Any orders for next day delivery placed after 11am Thursday will be shipped on Friday however may not arrive until the following Monday, please bare this in mind when placing your order.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of them being placed however please allow for slower processing & shipping times over weekends and bank holidays. and during any sale periods.
